Hi Karen_Hu, Thanks for the answer the above suggestion did not work. I still see the \System32\drivers\TsUsbFlt.sys in the "drivers details" which should not be there.. The driver does work under windows 10, since I could install it on my private PC and there the TsUsbFlt.sys did not show up in the driver details.. Unfortunately it is very hard to get support from the vendor Infineon.
